Your First Korean Friend, Lily! 4+ years teaching — fun beginner-friendly Korean lessons for conversation, TOPIK and writing

Right away, I felt confident, connected, and comfortable with Lily. Before that, I had trial lessons with her and another tutor. I honestly thought I'd have a hard time finding someone I could connect well with, but Lily made it an easy choice to stick with her.

In a fun and engaging way, she evaluated my Korean level, learned about my goals, and worked hard to help me progress. She makes learning and practicing feel natural, and she continues to put so much effort into making each class enjoyable. As of now, I've been learning with her for more than 6 months, and I've seen improvements in my language skills.

Beyond grammar and vocabulary, I've learned so much about Korean culture, the local mindset, and fascinating nuances of the language! Lily connects concepts in ways that make them genuinely easy to understand, using organized, varied materials and flexible approaches.

Lily is my tutor. We have started learning Korean for a couple of months. Actually, I have had a lot of teachers to learn Korean. They always seemed to lack something.
