I’m a native Korean speaker and a learner of both English and Chinese.
I’ve been interested in English since I was young. I studied English at school and got good grades. But despite my good grades, I could barely understand English when I watched American or British dramas, movies, or TV shows. And I could hardly speak it either.
Then, when I went to university, I started learning Chinese for the first time.
After studying Chinese for just three years, I realized something surprising: I could speak Chinese more naturally than I could speak English, even though I had studied English for ten years.
So, what made the difference?
That’s because I learned English the wrong way.
When you start learning a language the wrong way and those habits become ingrained, you end up taking a much longer and more difficult path.
That’s why I’m here to help you learn Korean in what I believe is the most effective way.
