Hi! I'm a University of Rochester graduate with experience teaching math in an international school. When I was younger, I struggled with math too, but meeting an amazing teacher completely changed my perspective and transformed my life. That experience helps me understand how frustrating math can feel when concepts don't make sense. I want to be the kind of teacher who makes that difference for my students. I explain concepts step by step, focusing on building a deep understanding rather than memorizing formulas. My goal is to make math less intimidating, help you build confidence, and show you that math can be much easier than you think. I'm here to support you every step of the way!

I believe students learn math best when they understand the concepts rather than simply memorize formulas. I teach step by step using clear examples and visual explanations, and I adjust each lesson to the student’s level and learning pace. My lessons include a short review, concept explanation, guided practice, and independent problem-solving. With experience teaching math in an international school and a background from the University of Rochester, I am comfortable teaching the U.S. math curriculum in English. I mainly teach middle and high school students in Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and SAT Math, with a focus on building both strong mathematical skills and confidence.
