Hello, I'm Sua , Founder of ISSPEECH and a Business Communication Consultant.
Over the years, I have trained professionals at more than 30 leading global corporations and public organizations in South Korea, including Samsung, LG, Hyundai, and Kakao. My work goes beyond teaching presentation skills—I help professionals communicate with greater clarity, build trust, strengthen executive presence, and develop the interpersonal communication skills that lead to meaningful professional relationships.
My philosophy extends far beyond simply teaching the Korean language. My mission is to help you connect with people, build authentic relationships, and express your value with confidence through Korean.
That's why my lessons are different from traditional Korean language classes. Rather than focusing only on grammar and vocabulary, I provide practical, results-oriented communication consulting that can be applied immediately in both business and everyday life. Every lesson is carefully designed around your goals, challenges, and learning style, with personalized strategies that help you achieve measurable progress.
My expertise lies in Business Korean and Strategic Communication. Speaking Korean fluently is important, but knowing how to communicate effectively is what truly makes a difference. Whether you're presenting an idea, building professional relationships, leading meetings, or networking, successful communication follows a clear structure and strategy. Together, we'll develop those skills in a practical and personalized way.
One unique aspect of my coaching is helping you define your own communication role model. Whether you aspire to communicate with warmth and kindness, quiet confidence, charismatic leadership, professionalism, or a touch of humor, we'll work together to develop a communication style that feels authentic to you. My goal is not to help you imitate someone else, but to help you discover and express the strongest version of yourself.
As a communication and speech specialist, I approach language differently from a traditional language tutor. Knowing Korean does not automatically lead to meaningful relationships. True communication is about understanding others, building empathy, expressing yourself authentically, and creating trust through the way you speak. These are skills that can be learned, refined, and practiced—and they are at the heart of my coaching.
I also integrate K-POP, K-Dramas, K-Variety Shows, K-Beauty, K-Fashion, and other Korean cultural content as essential learning resources. By incorporating the content you genuinely enjoy and the role models you admire, I create engaging and highly personalized learning experiences. This allows you not only to improve your Korean but also to naturally understand Korean culture, communication styles, and social expectations.
