I am a passionate and confident Korean language tutor who truly enjoys helping students learn and improve. I believe that learning a new language should be both effective and enjoyable. I am patient, encouraging, and committed to helping each student build confidence in using Korean.
With over seven years of one-on-one online teaching experience and six years of experience teaching Korean at a Korean school I have worked with students of different ages, levels, and learning goals.
I am confident in identifying each student's strengths and weaknesses and adapting my lessons to their individual needs. I always do my best to make Korean easier to understand, especially for English-speaking learners, and to create a comfortable environment where students are not afraid of making mistakes.

I select an appropriate textbook for each student and use the textbook and workbook to structure our lessons. During class, we focus mainly on listening, speaking, reading, and grammar. For writing practice, students complete their writing homework after class and send me a photo of their work. I then correct it and send it back to them with feedback.
Of course, I also tailor my lessons to each student's individual goals and needs. I offer Korean lessons to students of all ages, from elementary school children to adults.
I have been working as the Head of the Korean Language Department at a Korean School for the past six years, where I teach Korean language and Korean culture. In addition, I have been providing one-on-one online Korean lessons for over seven years.
As a qualified Korean language teacher, I carefully identify each student's strengths and areas for improvement and adjust my lessons accordingly. Many of my students have been satisfied with my lessons and have continued studying with me consistently over a long period of time.
If you start learning Korean with me, I will help you understand Korean as easily and enjoyably as possible. I especially focus on explaining Korean in a way that makes sense to English-speaking learners, so that even difficult Korean grammar and expressions can become easier to understand.
