Mina 튜터님 소개
I am Teacher Mina! I was born and raised in South Korea and have been studying in the United States since last year. I am back in Korea during the summer break:) I am currently pursuing an International Baccalaureate, which is a rigorous and widely accepted high school diploma program. Prior to moving to the States, I attended one of South Korea's global high schools, where I received specialized education in global studies.
I have experience working closely with children. I am well-versed in Korean teen and young adult culture, as well as K-pop. We can become friends and enjoy watching K-dramas and listening to K-pop together and immersing ourselves in Korean culture. Alongside teaching you useful Korean language skills, I can also assist with academic Korean skills. I have received awards in writing and debating contests, and I can help you improve in both conversational and academic aspects of the Korean language.
I have previous tutoring experience in Korean and have volunteered in social studies classes for high school students. I have also served as a mentor for first-year and middle-school students, assisting them with their personal statements for high school.

Are you ready to start on an exciting journey of learning Korean? Look no further! Look no further! I am a dedicated and enthusiastic Korean tutor who teaches Conversational Korean, Free-talking, MZ slang, and incorporates K-contents into our lessons.
Not only will I help you enhance your linguistic skills in Korean, but I am also passionate about sharing the rich and vibrant aspects of Korean culture with you. From language to traditions, music, and beyond, we will explore the FANTASTIC world of Korea, ESPECIALLY K-POP CULTURE AND TEEN&YOUNG ADULT CULTURE.
1. **Textbooks**
Most of our classes are based on textbooks
I do have textbooks that are published by professional Korean Education Institutes
Depending on the level results of your trial and your learning goal, we will choose a book that you want to study with.
2. **Self-made presentations**
I use presentations that I made for detailed and further explanation
This will help you learn Korean with the pictures I have taken and get closer to real-world situations.
3. **Videos/Music/News**
Depending on the topic and learning objective, I use videos/Music/News.
Most likely videos and music used for K-pop and K-drama and News for advanced learners.

For beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners, we will practice conversations in different situations.
I will help you have natural idioms and sentences that Koreans commonly use during conversations.
Examples: Korean restaurants/Greetings/Creating bank accounts
- **Free-talking Korean**
For learners who can create sentence structures and express ideas, we will have free-talking conversations with different topics that help broaden your skills.
I will help you make more complex sentences and distinguish the difference between 좋아합니다 and 사랑합니다, 고맙습니다 and 감사합니다.
- **Writing Editing**
For advanced learners or those who need help with writing, I will help you correct your grammar mistakes, sound more natural, and use proper vocabulary.
- **Korean with K-contents**
With K-drama, K-movie, and K-pop videos, we will learn about Korea and Korean culture at the same time.
